The text reaffirms the emotional ties that have characterized the relations between the two countries, forged during the years of struggle of the people of Vietnam against the US aggression against the Indochina peninsula.
These ties are «a true example for the world, when humanity needs solidarity and cooperation to save lives facing the current coronavirus pandemic,» the document says.
