The television ad shows Añez, a candidate of Juntos alliance, demanding that the Plurinational Legislative Assembly releases the funds to pay the health bonus, according to a note from the electoral body published in local Los Tiempos newspaper.
Such ad is an electoral propaganda prohibited by law and the specific regulations because the content of the main message is not limited to broadcasting a government action, the TSE said.
The general elections in Bolivia will take place on October 18 after they were postponed many times.
Luis Arce, candidate of the Movement Towards Socialism (MAS), leads vote intentions with 24%, followed by former President Carlos Mesa (2003-2004) with 20 percentage points.
Añez ranks third with 16% vote intention, according to a poll recently published by local Pagina Siete newspaper.
