After three consecutive days below 200, death toll in the last 24 hours due to the novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes the Covid-19 disease, rose to 244 this Wednesday, compared to 185 cases recorded on Tuesday.
About 2,516 have been recovered in the last 24 hours and 685 new cases were recorded, with 126,002 recoveries since the disease started by late January.
Spain began on Monday a gradual lifting of restrictive measures to its population, with the opening of small shops and hotels, although with limitations, a process that will last until late June.
