Araghchi described the recent meeting of the Joint Commission on the nuclear deal as constructive. It adopted consensus on the need for a united action against the breach of obligations by the United States.
The meeting in Vienna, Austria, on Tuesday, was held under special conditions facing the US motion at the UN Security Council that seeks to reimpose global sanctions to the Islamic Republic.
According to Araghchi, the members of the JCPOA Joint Commission expressed a unanimous rejection to the United States for withdrawing the pact and lacking the right to demand conditions signed in the deal.
Helga Maria Schmid, Secretary General of the European External Action Service, posted on social media about the importance that the signatories to the nuclear deal -Iran, France, Great Britain, Germany, Russia and China- were united to preserve it.
Since the United States withdrew from the multilateral treaty, it has resorted to its so-called maximum pressure policy to threaten with punitive measures the rest of the signatories of the deal if they maintain any relation with the Islamic Republic.
